Planning

Full service planning and coordination

After meeting with you to find out all about your vision for the big day, we can take care of the rest – all of the planning, styling and creating. From the smallest details (like napkins) through to sourcing and managing all suppliers, we offer complete event day management from start to finish so you can sit back and relax.

Partial planning or SOS

We can help as much or as little as you want! You may have already completed portions of your planning and need our professional guidance to help with the rest. Or sometimes it all just gets too much and you need to sit down with someone and talk it through. We can take the stress and uncertainty away by reviewing your current details and putting you back on the straight and narrow (or taking over the reins completely).

On-the-day coordination

Even if your venue has a manager or your friends and family have put their hands up to help, you need to know everything’s covered from start to finish. We offer on-the-day coordination and setup services for those wonderfully organised people like yourself!

Styling

When it comes to design, we love to think outside of the box and get creative to make each event beautiful and full of unique and intentional details. Sixteen years of delivering weddings means we have a vast selection of styling elements for you to choose from to achieve the look, feel and vibe you have dreamt of. From your styling meeting to the final pack down we can take care of it all.

 

Marquee or private property weddings

Marquee or non-venue weddings allow you as a couple to truly showcase your special day in a space that is unique to you. Every detail is your own – but you also require a hands-on, detail driven stylist to make your vision a reality. Cue Inspired by You! From the shearing shed on the family farm, to a marquee in the paddock, no property or idea is too big or small for this wedding planning duo. We are able to visit your property and offer a detailed feasibility assessment to ensure your space is workable, and from there, provide a personalised To Do List to get the planning underway.

Styling Anchor

Venue Weddings

If you’re getting married at a venue, you will still want your big day to be as unique as you are as a couple. At Inspired by You, we know how to create a design concept to fit your personal style and taste, while also making the most out of your venue’s space, lighting and existing décor. Liaising directly with your venue, we will ensure your wedding day’s design and style is exactly how you envisioned it (but just needed some help achieving). All you need to do is supply your guest list, figure out a seating plan and we can do the rest!

Our Process

From the moment we meet you to the minute your head hits the pillow on event day, we aim to provide you with everything you need to feel completely prepared and genuinely excited to host your event.

 

Depending on the services you engage, the process of working with us might look something like this...

Consultation

When you make an enquiry we’ll call you to discuss your event plans and to get a feel for how you want your day to unfold. Don’t worry, if you’re not sure, we have the experience to guide you through the process.

Recommendations

We then provide our professional recommendations to fit your preferred spend. You’ll receive a complete rundown of the inclusions suited to your day and budget. No cookie cutter planning done here!

Mood Board

Once you accept the quote and pay your 20% deposit, we create a gorgeous visual representation of the look, feel and vibe of your dream event.

Collaboration

This phase is about behind-the scenes wedding and event wizardry as we collaborate with vendors to get you the best prices. We provide guidance through the whole planning and decision-making process (including helping you stick to budget) and ensure we are always in touch.

Celebration

Time for the main event! On your big day, you can find us seamlessly producing and directing setup, while also bringing a level of expertise, comfort and assurance to any situation. We are passionate about providing an experience that is momentous, positive and memorable.

Pack-down Services

Float away from your party without a care in the world by using our pack-down service and ensure a stress-free day from start to finish for all involved.

FAQ

Is there a minimum cost to use your services?

No, we work to all budgets. We will tailor our level of involvement to suit your budget and needs.

 

Do you do packages?

All weddings are individually quoted as they are uniquely planned and styled for you. We don’t do packages because we believe that any budget can afford a planner or stylist!

Do you travel?

Yes, of course we do! We love any and every opportunity to experience new spaces and venues. We've planned weddings all over Tenterfield and New England, but always welcome the chance to travel somewhere new (and across the border). Please note travel and accommodation fees may apply outside of Tenterfield.

Are you able to source a product or particular service?

Anything is on the table! If your wedding or event has a specific theme or you just want to add something special we can help. We have a network of professionals that can supply everything from dog minding to helicopter arrivals.

How do I hire an item?

Browse our hire range and add décor items you wish to hire to your ‘Wishlist’. Let us know your event date and location when sending your ‘Wishlist’. Once you have completed your wishlist, hit send and we will endeavour to come back to you with item availability and an itemised quote within two (2) business days.

What if my guest numbers change?

We understand that the number of guests may change during the course of planning and will ensure we revise your numbers before your event date. We will be in touch with you when your balance is due and ask your final numbers and revise the final invoice accordingly.

Do you have a minimum order?

Depending on where your event is based, we may have a minimum order. Please send an enquiry to confirm, as we always love to do our best and accommodate small events too.

Can you set up and pack up as well?

Yes, absolutely! We offer set up and pack down services that ensure you and your loved ones enjoy the celebration too.
